1. Purpose
This policy establishes OrizonAds’ commitment to notify Amazon and its clients of relevant organizational changes that may affect the company’s ability to fulfill its obligations as a credentialed Solution Provider in the Amazon Solution Provider Portal.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all significant organizational changes at OrizonAds, including but not limited to: corporate structure changes, mergers, acquisitions, changes in legal name, changes in executive leadership, significant operational restructurings, and cessation of activities.
3. Notification Timeline
OrizonAds commits to notifying Amazon with a minimum advance notice of 30 (thirty) days before any planned organizational change that may impact service delivery or the obligations assumed as a Solution Provider. In cases of unplanned changes (e.g., sudden leadership change), notification will be made within 5 (five) business days of the event.
4. Notification Method
Notifications will be submitted through the official channels provided by Amazon for Solution Providers, including the Amazon Solution Provider Portal. OrizonAds will also notify affected clients via official communication channels (email or official platform messaging) within the same timeframes.
5. Included Information
Notifications will include: a description of the organizational change, the expected effective date, the potential impact on contracted services, and the measures OrizonAds will take to ensure service continuity and compliance with existing obligations.
6. Continuity of Service
OrizonAds commits to ensuring the continuity of services and compliance obligations during and after any organizational change. A transition plan will be prepared and shared with clients whenever a change may affect service delivery.
7. Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever relevant regulatory or operational changes occur that may affect notification obligations.
